You listen to all the podcasts. Leadership, time management, team work. You did the work.
So why does so little stick?
When leaders feel stuck, they almost always double down on the window they already use most. But the shift usually happens through the window they've been neglecting.
There are four:
1. Inner Existence – who you are underneath.
Your values, your beliefs, the version of yourself underneath it all.
2. Improvisation & Intuition – how you actually act.
The gap between what you know and what you do in the moment.
3. Your Groove – how you connect with others.
The team dynamics, the culture, the trust you build or burn.
4. Process & Polarities – the structures you build.
Your calendar, your meetings, your decision flow. The system that either supports the leader you want to be or pulls you back.

Most personal development lives in window 1.
Most leadership training lives in window 2.
Most team coaching lives in window 3.
Most org design lives in window 4.
But you're one person, in one team, in one organization. All four windows are always present.
Opening one window while keeping the others closed is why so much "growth work" doesn't stick.
The leaders I work with don't need more listening/reading/scrolling.
They need to look through the window(s) they've been neglecting.
