I believe everyone deserves a space to think – without “good advice”, without other people's solutions. Just with our own thoughts, emotions and our own pace. Still getting challenged, though.
Creating that space is what I do.
I'm a musician and psychologist turned personal & business coach. Since 2013, leaders, entrepreneurs and private individuals work with me to figure out what's actually theirs to do – and stop circling the same questions.
I believe everyone deserves a space to think – without “good advice”, without other people's solutions. Just with our own thoughts, emotions and our own pace. Still getting challenged, though.
Creating that space is what I do.
I remember sitting on the wooden floor of my apartment, staring at a wall full of post-its. Over months – maybe years – I'd written note after note, drawn mind maps, made documents and spreadsheets. What should I do with my life?
Deep down, I knew.
As a teenager, I'd read books about – don't laugh – how to simplify your life, organize your home, read body language, have a fulfilling life, build better relationships, get things done.
All while I had no home of my own to organize, no job, and definitely no relationship. Ah, and I devoured psycho thrillers. Just to complete the picture.
I also practiced almost every day after school: flute, saxophone, ensemble rehearsals, choir, music theory, ear training. Yeah, I was busy.
Eventually I had to choose. Music or psychology?
I picked psychology – work and organizational psychology specifically, focused on leadership, personality, and team dynamics. But 25+ years on stage don't just disappear.
Then it hit me: if I really believed what I was telling myself every day, my actions had to match. I'd have the most meaningful impact as a coach – because coaching would carry all of it.

I didn't choose between the musician and the psychologist. I bring the essence of both into the coaching room.
The psychology, the creativity, the curiosity, the obsession with how we humans work – the improvisation, the listening, the timing.
It all flows into how I coach.
So in coaching, I combined everything. Except the psycho thrillers. Although honestly – most coaching processes are just as suspenseful.
That was 2013. I've been coaching ever since.
If you're at a turning point – personal, professional, or both – and ordinary advice isn't cutting it: you are in the right place.
My approach is creative and science-backed:
🎷 Music – improvisation, creativity, emotion
🔬 Psychology – science, structure, reason
You need both to navigate today's ambiguity. That's what I bring.
In our work together, we’ll hold both sides at once: structure and creativity, science and art, reflection and hands-on action. Often in the same session.
Here, you're a whole person – your identity, your experiences, your values, your beliefs. Together we look at how you think, feel, and act – and at the cultures and systems that shape all of it.
You're still here. Amazing!
The first step is a free 30-minute phone call. Confidential. You tell me what you're working on, and we figure out together whether – and how – coaching supports you.
