2012: Finished my M.Sc. in Psychology
2013: Started my practice as a personal & business coach
2015: Started my first advanced integral business coach training
2016: Got invited to give my TEDx Talk “Coaching and All That Jazz”
2019: Switched my format from in-person sessions to online coaching
2020: Spoke at the UK ICF coaching conference, which opened many doors
2023: Started coaching in English with clients now tuning in across continents
2024: Recorded lectures for M.A. Coaching students at IU International University
2025: Completed my certification as a transformational coach for teams and organizations
And now?
Artificial Intelligence is my #2 🏆
2023: Built my first AI coach companion prototype
2025: Started delivering online AI workshops for leaders via andQfive
2026: Just celebrated delivering another in-person AI team-building workshop
While I continue and expand my journey as a professional coach, I’m weaving another thread. In other words, yes, I added a second topic to my not-so-small-talk repertoire!
One of my written goals is “In my profession, I integrate the new and the old.” And that’s exactly what I do.
What’s next? Experimenting with how to (not) use AI in my coaching 🤝
PS: The picture was taken on a beautiful rooftop terrace in Munich, Germany. Moments before, multiple teams were sweating over a business case combining AI with human review. At the end, I handed the trophies to the winning team! Yes, I blurred the client’s name 🤫
